Both are fantastic materials, but when it comes down to it, I prefer glass just because it stays at room temperature and doesn't get chilly.

Never tried stainless steel. It's too expensive.

Both these materials are SILKY SMOOTH with the right lube, but FEEL very different. Steel has WEIGHT and HEFT. Glass has more temperature acclimation to the skin. Both are just...different and nice in their own way. If you have neither, START with glass...a simpler material to love. You NEED to try Steel. It is unique in it's own right. Worth owning both. Steel has all the benefits of glass...PLUS no breakage worries.

Stainless is...well worth every penny. Nothing to break. Enjoy forever. Great finish. All the benefit of glass...plus HEFT. Hard to describe, but worth the price.

It IS awesome. It is smooth as glass but still feels "different" to the skin. Most important, it NEVER has "breakage" worries and is, in a way, SMOOTHER then the glass...if you can believe that. Worth a try. I love my steel toys.
