How was your Swirled Blue Glass Dildo packaged?

For those who have ordered the product, especially recently:

Today the toy arrived broken and was not in a blue padded pillow case as is mentioned in ~LaUr3n~'s video. I realize it's been over 3 years but I was hoping that it would come in a case given that is a glass toy.

I am returning it through the proper channels... but I am hesitant to exchange it for a new one (especially since it is sold out <.<).

Has anyone else had this happen with product? And would you get something else or wait at maximum 3 weeks for the toy?

The toy came encased in plastic inside a box, sans the bag.

The toy came in a the padded pillow bag.

I would exchange it for a replacement (another Swirled blue dildo).

I would exchange it for a different toy.

There was a forum post not to long ago about Don Wands changing the padded pouches with toys. The manufacturer decided to no longer sell the toys with the padded pouches.

UPDATE: Since I cannot edit the opening post or the poll:

I am still interested in knowing if it would be worth waiting up to 3 weeks for the toy or getting something else around $24.99. Regardless if you have ordered this specific toy.

Clarification (after re-reading the return policy):
By exchanging for another toy, I mean spending the refunded money on another toy.

I've decided I am going to use the refund to buy the Divinity collar. It's a shame that the toy no longer comes with a case because I would love to try it. :/

It arrived broken (with a piece at the bottom of the plastic case) during shipment. I'm going to request it as a product to review rather than not spend money on something else. I don't doubt its excellence; I doubt its contemporary packaging.

Yeah, I am not angry/upset about it because it is glass traveling via mail. Because the Divinity collar is now also out of stock, I feel like I might as well ask for a replacement (rather than refund) since I am unlikely to find a quality glass toy for such a reasonable price at my local shops. I am optimistic
