I'm a big fan of the more realistic toys. They are typically weighted better and I like the ridge on the head/shaft. Depending on the material they can range from really hard (glass) to incredibly flexible (jelly). All of mine are silicone as that is the safest material for use and what I prefer.

Of all the realistic ones out there that we have tried (Tantus, Vixskin, Cyberskin), the cyberskin cybercock is my wifes favorite. To her it is most comfortable and enjoyable, even over the vixskin.
