Humm, never had that problem. Is the surface totally smooth?
Where and what type of material?

Ours have been on smooth tile and bath tubs.

What dildo did you try to use? According to DKK review, Junior and Pioneer come with a great suction cup.

Tile and mirrors were fine but wood floors not so much :/ I guess my floors aren't smooth enough lol

If you would like something girther and bit longer check out the Mega Silicone dildo. Although it's on the above average size, the suction cup on it rocks. And it has a softer outer layer. Dual density.

From my experience, a lot of times it has a lot to do with the quality and style of the product but also the surface and what is used to get it the cup moist to stick.
