Not suprising, since reviewers have to review two things they've already used in order to get bumped up to advanced. Astroglide is common and cheap, so it makes perfect sense.

I love to see items that have a lot of reviews..gives me more of a chance to find out just how good the product is before trying it.

It's probably because it's something that a lot of people owned before joining the site, so they could review it without buying things.

I hadn't actually thought about reviewing it until now. I might give it a go; we had never used any brand-name lubes before Astroglide, and we've found it to be better than just generic water-based lube.
I don't know how long my review would actually BE, though, considering it's lube and everyone's said everything on it already.

I guess since it's a cheap item and pretty popular, it's pretty easy to review. Plus, you can buy it at a lot of different places.

I believe it. Astroglide gave away samples for free for years and probably still is. It's a very popular lube.

I don't currently review on this website, but I do on others. I review anything that I have something to say about; how much demand there might actually be for the review is rarely a consideration.
