It seems to be one of those things that works very differently for everybody, so you'll never know until you try it for yourself. I've tried two so far, and I could barely feel one while the other provided a cool, tingly sensation that was kind of neat but nothing I'd go bonkers over (though I'm tempted to try the next strength level, just to see). It didn't really make my orgasms stronger, just provided an interesting and slightly arousing sensation beforehand.
