True, but there are non-sugar, or glucose free flavored lubes out there.

If it doesn't contain sugar (or sucralose can be iffy) or citric acid, possibly. If you're prone to yeast infections, don't do it. Flavoured lubes tend to contain glycerine.

You could look into organic lubes. Even though they're not made for oral, they're all plant material, so they taste sweet. Plus they'll be slipperier than flavoured lubes.

Oh, and I wouldn't recommend the ID Juicy Lubes if you're planning on penetration. A friend of mine used some with an old partner, and then the lube got so sticky on him that they almost got stuck together.
