Do you use condoms during sex?

Contributor: kev kev
I've not used a single condom when having sex. Just wondering if it is more common to use or not to use condoms?

Bought my man one, how many of you use it for pleasure and not size?
I was curious. I know a lot of men use it for size, but others use it for pleasure. Opinion?

What is the best type of material for a ring?
I'm curious cause I would love to purchase one later on, I'm just wondering what is the best material, which is best for the most stimluation?

I mean if you really know your partners sexual history and trust them okay don't use a condom. But a staggering number of people have herpes and don't know it. Like maybe 1 in 4 people have herpes and you can't tell because people only get a couple outbreaks a year.

We've never used condoms - and after 23 years of marriage, no need to start now.

We haven't used condoms regularly since I started taking birth control pills. We do occasionally when I miss a day or something.

How about 'other'? For me, in the relationship that I'm in, I don't have a need for them. I don't care for them but if I was with a new partner or didn't have another form of birth control than I most certainly would use them.

Condom does not keep you safe from herpes, as you can get them from mere skin contact, the genital areas touching.

You may become infected with herpes if your skin, vagina, penis, or mouth comes into contact with someone who already has herpes.

You are most likely to get herpes if you touch the skin of someone who has herpes sores, blisters, or a rash. However, the herpes virus can still be spread even when no sores or other symptoms are present. Sometimes, the person does not even know they are infected.

We used to use condoms all the time, but my husband had a vasectomy. Since we're both free of disease, and he can't get me pregnant now, we don't use them for vaginal penetration. I still keep a small stash for anal.

Too many risks to not. Only way I wouldn't is if I got tested with the person regularly (because guess what 'Monogamous' folks- people cheat) and had a form of birth control.

I am terrified of getting pregnant (not to mention STDs! EEK!) so I always use condoms and birth control. But I know several people who don't use condoms regularly, so to each their own.
