Make sure you store your toys somewhere cool and dry.

I suppose a mild solution of bleach could get rid of that but I don't know how the material would look afterwards.

That person probably kept the dildos in the bathroom.

That can also happen if you store them in a plastic drawer or in a Ziploc bag or in one of the plastic tubes that Vixen uses for packaging.

Apparently, Fleshlights are also prone to mold growth. Someone built a forced air gizmo to dry out his Fleshlight sleeves.

Maybe the location of the plastic drawers makes a difference? I keep my plastic drawers in my walk-in, and I have never had a problem with moldy toys...knock on wood!

This little dehumidifier will help keep toys dry inside most toy storages.

Are you going to build one of those computer fan gizmos?

I always wrap mine in lint free cloth and placed inside a Ziplock bag and then store them in a cool dry place. So far I haven't had anything funky growing on them. I always make sure that the ziplock bag has holes poked in it so that it can breath.

after cleaning my toys, I let them air out for a few hours. I always store my toys in a Ziplock bag w/ a paper towel to absorb any possible moisture. and I don't zip the bag closed. if I happen to have received a bag w/ a toy, I use it. I've had some less than quality toys for 2 years now, & all are ok.

Keep in mind that little dehumidifier only works in enclosed spaces. I use reusable silica gel packets for items (not necessarily sex toys) I have in storage.

I don't use Fleshlights but I might build a fan gizmo just to see how long it takes to dry out a Fleshlight. I think placing a Fleshlight in front of an electric dehumidifier would help; a fan might not get air into all the nooks and crannies of the Fleshlight inner texture. I always thought that Fleshlights' main design flaw was that they don't split open for easy cleaning and drying.

That's really icky! I'm not one to store mine in closed bags, and tend toward cloth bag storage, so I hope that let's them breathe enough to avoid this.

The plastic tubes that Vixens come in have a couple of holes poked in the bottom. I'm not sure about their plastic clam shells though.
