I've gotten lipstick on one of my silicone toys, and I just waited a bit and then washed it pretty well. I had no trouble, it came right off. I would think menstrual blood would be even easier to get off.

I think as long as you wash it right after use it should be fine. I've never had a problem with it staining.

I am thinking that IF it stains it is not 100% silicone.

100% silicone is not porous, without pores you can not create a stain.
