Why do so many people prefer glass toys? I was surprised when I learned glass toys exist, and I still do not have any coherent idea about why are they so popular (besides the fact that they look good).

Read the reviews - that's were contributors tell you the whys and wherefores of their choices. For what it's worth we love them for both vaginal and anal use - obviously at different times and after disinfection. Why not glass? It's perfect. Easy to clean, doesn't break easily, lasts forever. Some of them are so gorgeous you could prop them on a mantel and no one would be the wiser. The weight of some of the pieces can be difficult at first but if you consider it a good workout for your forearm muscles it makes it much easier to deal with in the end.

Another awesome thing that wasn't yet mentioned is that glass is very slick compared to silicone (haven't yet tried metal) and that makes it require little or no lube.

I like my glass toys because they are AMAZING! They feel good, have many different shapes, can be used cold or warm, need little lube, very smooth, BEAUTIFUL, and overall just wonderful toys that can be disinfected and used for a long time!

yea i don't really like them i got one glass dildo and tried it out did not like how the nubs felt bc it felt like they were scratching me and i checked it out thoroughly before i even used it
