So on this product there seems to be an added vibration pack attached. What I wanna know is if it is removable? So I can attach it to other toys or pumps. If it is then this is a very nice addition to any pump.

i bought this toy for my boyfriend and i and used it for the first time we put the sleeve on and pumped it up and it got bigger but when we took it off it didn't remain big. What are we doing wrong? please help!
