Does anyone out there with nipple piercings also use clamps? Does it affect your piercings? I've thought about clamps but I'm afraid it will irritate them.

most clamps aren't designed for use with piercings. You really shouldn't put too much trauma on the area because of the risk of tissue irritation and migration. If you are looking to use some, look for "beginner" clamps that don't bite down to hard and don't wear them for very long. Oh, and don't ever let anything pull your jewelry for extended periods of time.

I was a afraid of migration. My other fear is if I remove the piercing rough play might damage the fistula in the nipple causing injury to the piercing.

Yeah, it's sort of a no-win situation with clamps when you have nipple piercings.

I have nipple piercings and use clover clamps on a regular basis without it seeming to bother my piercings. Because clover clamps only pinch on a small area, I just make sure that they are set behind my piercings, and have not had any issues with the piercings trying to reject or get infected due to irritation.

Oops, sorry for the double post.

Do you have any recommendations on an exact pair?

Eden offers a few clover clamp styles. I personally have a pair made bySpartacus. Theblack version is in stock, and if you don't want a pair with a chain connecting them (I do recommend it though...it makes the clamps more versatile, and the added weight makes them pinch even more) there is this option as well. Just remember, clover clamps only have one intensity, and that is 'OWCH!'. I wouldn't invest in these unless you know you're a masochist.

I was wondering about this recently. My piercings have healed completely but I really want clamps. Im not sure how I would even use them or if it would be safe.
I like the tweezer style ones with the beads hanging, would those be safe for use behind my piercing (if that makes any sense)?
