With me I wouldn't say it makes my dick larger as it apparantly does with some guys. But it makes my balls fuller (see my pic on this page)and the feel of wearing one is awesome. If you just want to try it first get yourself one of those cheap rubber wrist bands and try that on for size. But remember a 1 3/4" cock ring will be smaller and smoother and feel even better. It helps if you put a thin amount of vasoline on the inside of the ring first. And for me it feels much better on those occasions right after shaving my cock and balls all smooth.
