I'm looking to buy my first toy for Kegel Exercise, and I have no idea where to start! Suggestions? And can anyone tell me the pros/cons of something like the Smartballs vs the individual metal ones?

I love my sinfive emigi. Very comfortable. I've been eyeing the glass kegel exercisers though. More of an active exercise, but whatever.

I love the smartballs by Fun Factory and the Ami system by Je Joue. Start with a one ball exerciser first, like the Teneo Uno or the first Ami of the set. Ami has a very silky silicone. Fun Factory's have texture to help with grip and come in funky, cool colors.
