I'd go for the egg because I'm not into shocks. I find them kinda intimidating. But, go for whatever you think you'll use the most!

Have you had eggs before? If so then maybe try shock therapy if you haven’t tried that. If you don’t end up liking the shock therapy there’s nothing you can do with it, the egg you can still use... so that’s up to you.
