Hmm I think mine have made a subtle difference but I haven't been wearing them regularly so I can't say for sure .

I'll be able to give you an answer very soon! I will have some soon. I've been wanting to try them forever, but they're never in stock on EF so I'll make up my mind this week whether or not to wait for EF or go somewhere that they are in stock. I've been dying to try them. I want some of the weighted ones because I want to see if they're really that pleasurable! I wonder how it could be..

I'm about to find out with the Teneo Duo from FunFactory. Thing is, I have really strong muscles there to begin with and ridiculous tightness lately, so I'm not sure I'll be able to tell the difference under those circumstances.

I don't think that just wearing them helps, but I have the Luna beads by Lelo and what I can say is that wearing them reminds me to do kegels, so that may help by default.
