One that goes around the balls and penis may not rotate much. They are hard to get on and off though. I've done some reviews on then if you want to check them out. All is all, my wife prefers me not to wear one. It's better parked on a dildo. However if going solo, might as well use a rabbit. Eden has tons of diff rabbits and reviews on them. Like OH&W, we use vibrating cock rings on dildos only. I'm a bit older (65+) and having a vibrating cock ring on makes maintaining an erection difficult.
