I just saw the poll on who first suggested using a cock ring, and I found it interesting that men suggested using one only slightly more often (45%) than woman (42%) with 11% "other". For me, my husband does not have a problem with stamina (he can go just long enough for me and longer if he concentrates) or erections. However, he was curious to try a cock ring just "for fun", so I bought a few different kinds, in hopes that one or two would be stimulating for me.
