I have no experience with them myself, but from what I've heard 'round Eden, they're put on and taken off while the penis is flaccid. They could potentially hurt, which it's important to take proper measurements.

I'm sure someone else would be able to answer in better detail than I could, but there's the basics for you, at least.

You put it on when you are soft, first the balls then your soft penis. and then when you are ready to take it off, you can wait until you are soft again, or you can work the balls out, and then slid it off your penis.

I wrote a few reviews on metal cock rings, you should check them out. It is very important to get the right size.

I'm the same as married with children, but have found I can remove them while still erect. I just angle the ring about 45 degrees from my body, pull the scrotal skin through the ring, and one ball follows. The ring then easily slids off the other ball and erect penis.

As far as hurting, I would not use them if they created pain. They instead apply a very comfortable pressure. Correct sizing is usually the main concern.

I love using metal rings - and my wife loves the positive results for her.

Size is key. 2" or 2-1/8" is best for most. I am a little different in that I put my flaccid penis in first then pop the balls in (one at a time). Getting them off has never been a problem. Just after my erection begins to subside it's slip off. It's easy because my genitals and the ring are well lubricated from the sexual encounter.
