Varying results with individuals, and if you wanted the best chance to increase girth, you would have to use it regularly (like every day or every other day). Make sure to be in a relaxed, comfortable position, use lube, start off by being flaccid, etc. There's a number of guides out there on how to use pumps effectively and safely. Get ones with quality construction, clear chamber so you can see what's going on (and make sure your blood vessels aren't on the verge of bursting!!) and a pressure gauge, with quick release button/valve. Only pump 10-20 minutes at a time, stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.
