I use one from time to time. Since I have no real need for them nor have I seen any evidence stating they will truly make you larger permanently they are just a novelty for me.

A regular cock ring that fits around the cock and behind the scrotum really doesn't tighten enough to maintain the kind of erection that the medical "tension rings" can. It is however, a real pain in the ass to finally find the correct size "tension ring". Most of them are way too tight.

I'll second what Tim said (with the exception that I haven't actually used one, but for those same reasons).

I don't use one for "enlargement", I guess I misunderstood.
What I have is a medical device prescribed by my doctor for ED. For that purpose it really does work so that even after my orgasm I can continue to give my girlfriend what she needs.

My husband needs the medical device but I want to try the Adonis. He is leery about going back to the urologist.

So that really does work well? Did your insurance cover it?? My husband is on the stupid Medicare Pup plan and I need to contact them. He is a type one diabetic who turns 50 this fall.

Yes it really does work. As far as covered by insurance, that would depend entirely on your insurance company's coverage. If you're really interested in more specifics about how the device works, reply to the message that I sent to your "my messages" inbox through "my eden", and I'll answer all of your questions.
Good Luck!

Insurance paid 80% of mine. It works fairly well providing a usable erection. I prefer using either Cialis or Viagra, but since insurance only pays for 6 pills per month we use the pump until the next month supply of pills arrive.

I was offered this one to review, so I used it a few times in the process of that, but it's probably not something I'd regularly incorporate into my sex life.
