We use the Tantus Vibrating Cock Ring, but it only comes in one size (2" diameter) which may be too small for your guy (again measure to make sure).

I recently acquired the silicone support rings by Cal Exotics. Here's a link to my review for you. You can use them as O-rings for a strap on harness or for cock rings for your husband's cock.
