Liberator wedge and ramp combo unpacking

Contributor: thetryal thetryal
so, i should have my liberator wedge ramp combo tomorrow, WHOO HOO. of course with any other new toy, you want to try it out as soon as possible. i read that the foam is vacuum packed to help with shipping.

my question is, how long does it take to go from packed to full shape?

i cant open it until 7ish tomorrow night and would like to have it ready to go around 9-930. is this enough time to allow it to get to shape?

thanks

The foam's very firm. The wedge and ramp should be usable straight out of the box.

mine did not come vacuum packed, they were just sealed in a plastic bag loosely. All my liberator gear came packaged the same way.

Yeah, mine too. Just a plastic bag over it. I was able to use it right away.

Congratulations on your new furniture!

I think it is the Liberator Zeppelins that come with the foam vacuum packed. The ramp and wedge should just be in a plastic bag and reaady to use. Have fun.

Liberator just recently started packaging and shipping their products compressed and vacuum packed. As per their website this removes 90% of the air from their shapes, reducing the size for shipping. Their products now ship in boxes that are 68% smaller than before. None of our Liberator products came shipped this way. It does sound pretty cool. Based on what I read from their website it sounds like the Ramp Combo will spring into its full size and shape once you release it from its vacuum packed shipping bag.

It would certainly be cool if you could reuse the shipping bag along with a shop vac to store the shapes long term or to transport them more easily.
