Another Mystic Wand question...

Contributor: V.T.T V.T.T
I realize this is a terribly silly question...but how do you turn it on? I am pressing the power button, and nothing is happening!? Is there some trick or something? I charged it for maybe an hour, probably less, because the light was not blinking, but glowing steady I assumed it was ready. I hope it isn't broken...

Thanks for any help

The bottom button is what turns it on. I've never had issues with mine not turning on..but I do remember another post that talked about issues. If you do a search for Mystic Wand you might be able to find that post.

Are you pushing the right button? There are two on the Mystic Wand. If it still doesn't turn on, it might be a defect. I know a couple other people did have issues with their Mystic Wands too.

I pushed the button button that has the universal on/off symbol on it...still nothing The light works when I plug it in, but not much else. I think I'm going to make a support ticket, if it can be remedied I'll be way less sad!

You kind of alluded to this in your original post but I want to clarify...when you plug the charger into the Wand and leave it to charge, does the light blink slowly? If it's on steady red...it might be a defect. I got one that charged like that and wouldn't blink, and when I pressed the power button, it wouldn't turn on at all (even though the light flashed for a brief moment). I had to exchange mine.

Yes, when I plug it in (right after it arrived) the light glowed steady, none of the blinking others have mention happened.
I've contacted EF to hopefully get an exchange going, though it's the weekend so I haven't gotten a reply yet.
