Seriously, I had the hardest time trying to figure out a comfortable position for using this. Once I finally thought I'd hit the right spot, I almost went flying off the bed! Anyone else have similar issues?
Did anyone else almost fall off the bed while using this?

Haven't fell off the bed, I used it at the bottom left hand corner of my king sized bed so that each of my legs are on the floor. I have a very low bed. But I can rock myself forward and have to scoot back.
