How well do douches work? I was just wondering because I may need this in the future.
And are douches only for cleansing or can they give you sexual pleasure as well?

Are we talking anal or vaginal ?

If it's pleasurable is a matter of taste - but it's usually not necessary, even for anal sex. There's a lot of good information on the subjects that address many issues.

Vaginal douching can cause problems. It's really not necessary and it can cause your vaginal bacteria to be imbalanced, causing Bacterial Vaginosis or yeast infections, etc. If it's for anal cleansing, that's a different story and I can't answer much about that.
