I dont like them. They just never turn me on as much as normal vibrations, but when Im getting close and want to delay the orgasm a bit they push me over the edge resulting in a lame orgasm. So I dont use them.

I also dislike speed settings - I prefer when you can set your speed yourself twirl the end from low to high and stop eaxctly where you like it - and not just at the one thats closest to what you want.

I don't usually have a lot of time for my masturbation sessions and just keep them pretty straightforward most of the time.
Patterns are good for when I can take my time and really draw out the build up and the sensations, but even then I rarely climax with most of the patterns I've tried across a variety of vibrators.
They're great for teasing and playing around, but not really for orgasming, from my experience.
