My guess is that it's good, it has a little bulb shaped tip at the end that certainly doesn't add sensation for women, but not having a prostate, I can only guess.

A few guys have said as much, it may not apply firm pressure but would certainly be a good probe.

So having experienced this I can tell you that the shape does in fact stimulate the P-spot on a man. If it is used in shorter strokes once the correct depth is found the ball on the end is perfect for this.
