Since I'm slowly rebuilding my (very modest) collection after throwing out the old ones - most of which were jelly - I'm taking my time to carefully pick and choose what I get. Not only do I want safe, I want quality that will last, so if that means I get one really nice item instead of a handful of "okay" items, I'm more than willing to pay upwards of $100 for it.

That doesn't mean I won't wait for sales to get something I really want that is very pricey, of course.

I used to go for cheap toys, but now I save up for $100+ toys because they are quality toys. I'm all about quality over quantity.

My most expensive toy is Lelo Soraya. While the quality is excellent and worth the money, the clitoral arm was too flexible for me.
My next expensive toy would be the Smooth S shape from Nob essence I think.
I have a lot of toys in the $80-$150 range.

I've spent close to $200 at once on vibrators. >,> Maybe around $150 for a single toy... I like treating myself to quality toys that I know will last for a while, and I don't like buying toys that aren't rechargeable (which usually raises the price).

I don't tend to buy without discounts or gift cards, but I've paid over $100 for a good quality toy. I like to keep the cost per item under $100 with sales, discounts, and gift cards, but don't have an issue paying more---just more budgeting involved.

I do buy things in the $20-50 range to mix things up and add variety to my toy box, but I try to make sure they're body safe and well reviewed.

I voted $20 to $30 because I don't think I've ever gone over $36, but that's after points, discounts and sales. My most expensive toy is probably $60 or so but I got it for around twenty. I'm really looking forward to a time in my life when I can spend big bucks on toys but for now I'd rather have a wide selection of great, less expensive toys.

I tend to buy items that are on the more expensive side. They are usually way better and one can do a better job than a few different cheap ones, most of the time!

My most expensive vibrator is the G-Ki ($99 on sale for $63) and my most expensive dildo the Pure Wand ($108 on sale for $75). Both toys I consider well worth the asking price, but since there are so many toys on my wishlist, I can usually find something I want on sale.

Definitely depends on the toy. I have found that even though I have been purchasing the cheaper toys and trying to keep my "limit" down.....its not enough. The cheaper toys just don't cut it for me anymore. Plus, if I go with the more expensive ones, the material is better and I can use some of them for massage purposes instead of just sex toys.
