I can use it hands off cause it stays in and hits all the right spots. Sometimes you have to adjust it a bit to get it just right. But if you mean sorta clamps down on you in a way that's a bit too much or uncomfortable, no - the clit stimulator is powerful but flexible as someone else was saying. By now I'm guessing you already decided on something, whatever it is!
