Silicone.
EF has great search features so you can eliminate and narrow down your search. Then just read the reviews on the ones you're interested in.
Keep in mind though, rabbits can be a tricky pairing depending on your internal shape and where your clit sits.

I love my Jopen Vr3 but there are a ton of options out there. I'd say search through the forums and read tons of reviews. If you love the one you've got other than the material maybe look for something very similar so its more likely to fit your body better.
