Thanks for the input but I'm still unsure.

I would rather something even smaller and not a rabbit style.

Side question is the Kong really that powerful for it's size?

OMG - this is not small - 7 1/4" in circumference - OUCH! & the length is 6 1/2".

I was looking at some of the small vibes I've reviewed & then looked this monster a 2nd time.

If you clarify what you specifically mean by small, you might get some useful suggestions.

Have you considered the We-Vibe Tango? It is quite powerful especially considering its small size.

I think Billy is a good choice.

However it is not for me but for a her.

But who's to say it won't get used on me.

That said Billy is a bit bigger than what I think I really want.

If I could find something as powerful but the size and length of a thumb or pinky finger would be better.

Well, you don't have to use it's entire length. Bigger than what u want for yourself or for her

How about the Pretty Love Indulgence ? That would only be for her. Although you can experiment of course. It is silicone also. Powerful and stimulates both sides at the same time.

The only one I can think of if you're looking for g-spot is the mystery high panty vibrator. It is for the panties but the base with the nubs is flexible and can be held back depending on the purpose of use. It has 5 vrooms and supposedly very powerful and it's only 3 inches total. If g-spot capability isn't super important, then I'd honestly go with a high intensity tiny bullet with an attachment sleeve. There are a BUNCH! You might even be able to find a tiny sleeve with g-spot cabability. Maybe the Traveler Kit - Vibrator kit for couples? It only has 3 vrooms, but you can always get a stronger vibe if it's not strong enough and use the sleeve.
