I turned around recently and realized my toy collection has grown significantly. When I only had one, I kept it wrapped in a washcloth under my pillow. Now I have . . . more than one, they've colonized my sock drawer, which isn't an entirely secure location, and I'm running out of washcloths. There are some nice storage boxes and pouches on this site, but I'd much rather save that money for some things on my wish list. I'm considering just making a bunch of pouches, but haven't decided on the best material--a couple of my toys collect lint like crazy! How do you keep your toys hidden, organized, and clean?
Toy storage ideas?

I keep all my toys in a drawer, but other than my OhMiBod and a glass dildo, none of them have separate pouches to keep them clean, which is a huge annoyance. Plus, I have a packer (the Mr. Right) that attracts lint and dust like you would not *believe*, and I'd love to have something to keep them all nice and separated.

So, long story short: my toys all just hang out in a drawer, and it's driving me nuts, so I'm hoping someone will have some ideas. *L*

plastic storage drawers stored in the closet works great. You can get the ones with just deep drawers, or my favorite, the ones with a couple small ones on the top for lubes, batteries, cords, and small items, then store the rest in the bottom drawers. Or small tackle boxes (cheap!) that fit under the bed or top of closet... or even locking cases that are meant to store documents in (also cheap... noticing a trend here?).

I use old tube socks! I'll wrap certain toys (the ones that tend to collect more lint) in a lint free microfiber cloth and then stick them in an old sock. Then I put the whole thing (including battery pack and batteries) in a gallon ziplock.

I originally bought a large classy cosmetic case which held a HUGE amount of toys. It only cost me AU$23. It was fantastic for the low cost and large space. They are also lockable.

I looked at the storage cases on here but they are all far too small and cost a fortune to get enough to house everything.

I have some in my bed side drawer and some under my bed in a large storage tote I picked up for next to nothing at Ikea. It has a lid so the dust bunnies stay out and slides under there perfectly.
as for pouches, depending on the material, i use a ziploc or i crochet my own pouch

we've been meaning to buy a storage box of some sort for our toys. But, we might just use a suitcase and line it with towels for padding.

I figured out what to do for the i-ride, a pillow case works wonders especially since I have teenage boys and they really dont need to see that sitting in moms room. I keep it on the shelf in my closet that is under my hanging clothes and it seems to be hidden nicely

I have a ottoman that can be used as a storage thingie too..... I officially have ran out of room in it though. Ugh!

I have my toys all separated into those cheap photo boxes that you get from a crafts store. Then store them away in the armoire that my tv sits in.
