Vibrators dont work for me?

Vibrators don't work for me either. Clitoral vibration is just not a thing that my body reacts to orgasmicly (sp?). I much prefer the rubbing sensation of fingers. I've found that I do like deep powerful vibration more than buzzier stuff (the Vanity line by Jopen is pretty awesome) but while it can feel quite nice, it still doesn't get me off. I don't think it's an issue so much as a different way of being wired. Just because most women love vibration doesn't mean there's something wrong with you if you don't. You just have to figure out what you like better.

To examine your spelling: my guess is that it would be most likely be "orgasmically,&qu ot; but in actuality it's not a real word at all, so spelling is irrelevant. Fun fact: the historically correct form of "orgasmic" would actually be "orgastic" (similar to sarcasm/sarcastic) though this has pretty much fallen out of use.

But yeah, many women enjoy vibrators very much (some find it nigh-impossible to orgasm without one), but if they don't work for you then there's nothing wrong with that. I myself can orgasm with a vibrator, but it often feels different from orgasming (also not technically a word) with my fingers, so there's variation even among those of us who manage with vibes.

You could keep playing around with different positions, vibration strengths, shapes, and so on, but don't feel bad if it's just not for you.

Just be a little careful. The Hitachi is super-duper strong, and some people find it to be too much (though you could still use it as a back massager). If you can, find a brick & mortar shop near you. Most adult stores sell the Hitachi, and will let you turn it on so you can get an idea of the strength.

I'm with you---sort of. Clitoral vibrations are pleasant for me, but I just recently found one that really did something exciting for me. (That was the Spoon, which I still rub against myself like I do with my fingers, except that it happens to be vibrating also.) If you really really want to make a vibrator work, check that one out!

(That's assuming you can get off using your fingers. Is that true?)

A wand vibrator can be neat too---I have the Fairy Mini and I think it's pretty awesome---but it's easier for me to come to orgasm by using an attachment so they're internal vibrations. Or by grinding my clit against the head. (Not just holding it gently like other people seem to do).

I was just responding to your post in the "Vibes vs. Clitoral Hood" thread. Sounds like your parts may be built on the smaller scale. I'm the same way & only certain vibes will work for me. Others just don't hit me right: Rabbits, especially... I've gone through like 5 & they all smack me in the pubes. G-Spot vibes typically not near my G-Spot, etc.

So, if that's an issue for you, make sure to take a good look at measurements & the 1:1 size dealy. Just one thing to keep in mind.

Uhm... also not sure what you've tried, but different materials & textures can make a difference, too.

The Hitachi is fantastic, but it is *extremely* strong. I don't use it directly, I either press it against my mound, or use a blanket in between me and the head. It also works great while using a dildo.

I agree; the Hitachi is very powerful. Neither me nor my husband can apply it directly to our genitals.

Glad to help. I do have a couple dual-stimulators that are okay. So, don't get the idea that they are all bad. But, yeah, if they tend not to fit you, buying a zillion isn't going to help. I've been really curious about that, but it's so expensive. Trying to find a cheaper rotating type vibe to test out the sensation with before I could consider the actual Eroscillator.

I'm not sure if cheaper ones would be worth the money, really. I've heard that they're all pretty crap - probably be better off saving that money to put towards the real thing. As someone who vibrations don't do anything for, I absolutely have my eyes set on the Eroscillator as a potential alternative

Try oscillations rather than vibrations possibly. The one that works for my wife no matter what is her Eroscillator. She likes to take her time when possible, but always comes hard. The Eroscillator 2 deluxe with the grapes attachment is her all time favorite.
