I bought the tango when it first was available on Eden, after a few months of use the toy would not turn on. I tried charging it for a whole day but still when pushing the on button it only made a quick "bzzt" noise and remained off. I was so sad and confused on how a rechargable toy could just die off like that. I don't know why I didn't come on the forums and ask when it happened to the first one.... Yep, I loved the tango so much I just immediately bought a replacement and went on with my life. A few months later and the same exact problem with this one! The light goes on as if it charging but the toy will not turn on, only making a quick noise. Any input? I love this toy so much, but I shouldn't have to replace a pricey rechargeable toy constantly.

I am not familiar with the We Vibes, if its within 60 days you can return it to Eden. If it is after 60 days I would say contact the manufacture and see what they say. Hopefully there is a warranty on the toy.

We-Vibe toys have a one year warranty. Contact the manufacturer and let them know what's going on. I just got a Tango the other day, and I love it, so I hope I never have to go through so much hassle.

I've found that the connector on the charger can be dodgy on the Tango/Salsa models. Sometimes the light goes off after a couple of seconds and the toy doesn't charge at all. I find I have to squeeze the charging dock onto the top of mine to make it work. You may have the same issue.

This happened to me as well on my Salsa, it was within 60 days of my purchase and I got a free replacement from EF
