I look at all three, but in all reality I mostly depends on the reviews for what I might want to get next. I've had a few to many bad buys under my belt for me to ever go on looks and false advertising alone again. I'll normally check a few of my favorite reviewers to see if they liked the item before buying it.

All three, really, though shape is my first priority, followed by size [though those really go hand in hand]. Color is what can make or break a toy for me, though.

I decided on the kissa sadly this was for a friend which is why i was asking other people to get a broader idea of what other people look for. She said she loved it and it maid her want to clime walls. if your looking for a bullet tho i would recommend the new one Eden just put out that is the one that i am in love with right now.

My number one may be color. I want purples, pinks, blacks. And I'm pretty specific. For example, pink--I say it a lot here--I will not get that startling, popular, bright fuchsia. I want the color to either look soft and cute. Or a little scary, so wicked black, deep purples are nice on the occasion.
Size and shape are about equal, and I give this a bit of consideration. I want things with a bit of girth if I am not looking for a bullet. As for shape, I am particular, but not extremely so. As long as a vibrator or dildo does not have the "classic vibrator" shape and isn't very realistic, then I might want it.
Also important to me is texture and material. I rarely want anything made out of plain old plastic. I like a little softness.

I really only care about shape and size. Now, that being said, a reeeealllyyy pretty toy will definitely catch my eye - but I still make my final decision based on shape, size and function. I don't care what it looks like if it gets the job done!

I look at all 3 aspects, but I also like to have toys that are different from eachother. Sometimes if I REALLY like one toy, I'll get something similar to keep my awesome one from burning out. I have one that is simple, but they just don't make them the same way anymore.

Material and shape are really important to me. I can be pretty flexible with regards to size, all I need is a toy that hits all the right spots and isn't made out of some sketchtastic goop. I generally go with silicone or other non-porous materials.
