No bullets and NEVER realistic. I do not like those, plus we use my toys as foreplay so there's no need for realistic. I love dual! Nothing large or it doesn't fit. I like average or smaller and love G-spot toys with texture! I don't use smooth, plain toys. I like swirls or bulbs, those never fail me!
