Oh gosh, that's a tough question to answer! There are so many different options and features, I don't think there really is a single vibrator that is objectively "the best." I don't even think I could pick a single favourite for me personally. Different things work for different people and different moods and different situations. If you give us a more specific idea of what you're looking for (size, materials, features, internal or external stimulation, etc.), I'm sure folks could give you some suggestions more tailored to your needs.

Delicio is one I recently got and absolutely love! It's a rabbit and the clit arm has a small tongue that flickers back and forth.
UltiClimax is another that I have, it has some intense vibrations if you're looking for that.
