If you want something softer, go with either of the first two. If you want something more solid and girthy, go for Hoss. Not sure which orifice you plan to use these massive cocks on, but the UR3 and rubber materials that the first two are made of are porous and you won't be able to completely sterilize them. Condoms are a safe and prudent option with these.
If you want something that is sterilizable and will last a lifetime, go with Hoss. If you're going for realistic, Bam is your best bet.

Of the three I'd only go Hoss because of the material. You're spending a lot of money for the other toys, and they can't be sanitized and are very difficult to keep nice for more than a year or so.
Another option (sadly EF doesn't carry either of these) would be something from SquarePeg or Vamp Silicone. Large toys that are made from silicone.
Outlaw might also be nice, though it's a bit smaller.

Whoops, I said Bam but I meant to vote Hoss. I don't trust anything that's not silicone, plastic (barely trust it), glass, or metal.

If you want real feeling, you honestly can't go past UR3, Cyberskin or the realistic feeling TPR!
I have all three of those materials in dildos, as well as silicone and VixSkin. Silicone and VixSkin don't even come close to feeling like real skin!
At long as you're not overly sensitive, the realistic skin like matericals aren't anywhere near as bad as people make out.
The things I have done with mine (people would be freaking out) and I have NEVER had any issues what so ever.

Look at Tantus's O2 collection, they have a soft outer skin and a firmer interior. Also, they are 100% silicone. The O2 Mark and the O2 Adam are two you may want to look into. There are also other sizes and shapes in the O2 collection.
