I'm a big fan of Cialis - they last for 36 hrs which eliminates the 'timing risk' of using Viagra or Levitra.

He doesn't need it, though some times he'll get a wild hair up his ass and use them. When he does, he uses Cialis. I fuss at him every time because I told him he doesn't need to be taking meds that he doesn't need because it may screw him up in the future!

Never needed, and I hope it's a long time before I need them too.

My man doesn't need them currently, but I think they're wonderful drugs and don't have anything against them. Sex is such an important part of a relationship, and I think it's great that these kinds of drugs exist! If he ever does need them, we'll be sure to keep plenty on hand.

Mid 50s seems to be the time when they start to add real value. I can certainly go without them - but strength, duration and time before ejaculation all improve - so why not! They are smooth muscle relaxants - so not too many risks.

A little known fact is that Cialis is marketed under the name Adcirca for pulmonary hypertension. The ED properties of Viagra were discovered as a 'side effect' of a drug being tested to treat heart disease. It didn't do enough to help hearts - but it does wonders for 'heads' all over the world!

I don't need any of them...yet. I can certainly see a time in the future when they will be necessary, though.

Along this same line, and maybe there is a thread already for it, but has/does anyone use a pump and/or cock ring for a little extra support?

Good suggestion - I use a simple 2" silicone cock-and-ball ring. It's very comfortable and easy to use.

Unfortunately I belong to the group of men who require ED drugs to get a usable erection. I have taken all of the ED meds available as well as some which are still in clinical trials. Cialis and Viagra both work well for us, Levitra is kind of a hit and miss.

I do have a medical grade penis vacuum which when used with the correct size ring works reasonably well. We seldom use it if ED meds are available because while it gives an erection sufficient for intercourse, it is not a normal erection. Since use of the vacuum only engourges the portion of penis that is in the cylinder, the base of the penis which goes into the body does not become erect. The end results are the penis sort of hinges at the base, which is not conductive for any sexual acts or positions in which the cock is completely withdrawn. (Hopefully that makes sense)

I can do without, however as an enhancement I do like them. With, I can go for nearly as long as when I was in my early twenties. My partner who's my age, sometimes considers that, to not be quite as good a thing as I do... LOL!

Better living through chemistry!

Fun Lover tells me that his doc prescribes Cialis for BPH (benign prastatic hyperplasia) and says that they are trying to get approval to use it to market it for preventing prostate cancer. He cites John Hopkins University medical school as the source for this info.

Now you can get a good hard-on and prevent cancer - how's that for a win-win!

Some men want to add an inch or two for purely aesthetic reasons. Many believe it will make them better lovers and give them more action. Others have been embarrassed or humiliated by their former lovers due to their lack of size. Whatever your reason is, it will surely influence whether or not you stick to a particular program.

Male Enhancement is a process. You need to spend money, devote time, and exert some effort because there are no shortcuts when it comes to enlarging your penis.

One of the reasons why men use male enhancement methods, including natural supplements, is impotence or Erectile Dysfunction. This condition can be a real ordeal for any man.

These are only two among the major setbacks of impotence. As a result, many seek solutions – natural or otherwise – to this condition.

Male enhancement pills are among the primary choices, mainly because of the easy access over the Internet and the wealth of promises they have. The best choice, however, are natural penis-enlarging supplements that combine safe herbal ingredients.

Among the promoted benefits of natural supplements are penis enlargement, enhanced erections, more controlled orgasms, increased penile sensitivity, and higher stamina during sex.

Natural supplements are an attractive option for male enhancement. They are a good alternative to Viagra and other synthetic drugs that may have their own set of side effects. You should make sure, however, that you’re free from other serious health conditions before taking these natural pills. This will ensure that you’ll be safe throughout the pill regimen, and that you’ll get maximum effects.

there is a reason that guys stop getting erect, and the use of these drugs is very unnatural.

Try using a combination of 2 vitamin supplements. They work just like the medicinal versions, but without the potential side effects. The first one is L-Arginine, and the second one is an herb called Tribulus. The Tribulus I get from Standard Process, which only a health care provider can sell, per company policy. A lot of Chiropractors will carry this line. The L-Arginie I get from Physiologics. I take them 45min prior to sex, they do a nice job putting the lead back into your pencil.
