A few things could have happened:
Your body is designed for you. Your penis has muscles, and if muscles are unused to the added weight (i.e: the enlargement), it needs to be exercised to adjust to that new weight. Erection won't be as fluid of a motion from the penis erectors as they were when your penis was the size before it. This problem is very minimal, and should go away over time and with some proper kegals and exercises.

If there was nerve damage done during the surgery, that's a bit more troublesome. If you are feeling little to no sensation while getting stimulated, that means nerve damage. Nerves are what sends the impulses to the muscles to contract or relax.

Please describe your erection problem. Does it feel strained, like it's hard to keep it up for the usual length of time, or that there is little to no sensation? I also feel you should consult your doctor. A lot of complications happen with surgeries like that. If your problem cannot be fixed, do not be discouraged, please. You can still reach orgasm, and feel just as satisfied as you were before. It is important to remind you that you are not in any way half of a man in function or form.

I'm just wondering if you are asking bcs you are interested and are wondering about the health risks or you are asking bcs you have had the surgery and are worried abut erectile problems. In either case calling a doctor or the surgeon would be well advised.

I was in the same position as described by you,I'm very pleased to have found this wonderful website Shoppillrx.com etc,I bought a sample pack of Viagra from Shoppillrx.com and I tried it without telling my wife what was going on.She noticed that I was longer and a hard erection.I was shocked at how well it had worked.I was willing and able to go for round 2.Can't say enough about how well Viagra worked.I'm a changed man and both me and my wife are amazed at the difference.even you should go for it.

I'm a little confused about how Viagra has anything to do with post-surgical complications of penile enlargement surgery.... I'm thinking that if you've had surgery and things aren't responding right anymore that that's something you should talk to a doctor or your surgeon about rather than taking drugs to mask possible symptoms of a potentially significant problem. I don't have a penis and haven't known anyone personally to have this surgery done however I would be very hesitant to suggest the use of prescription medications to someone who is possibly experiencing a problem of this nature.

But like I said... I'm not exactly an expert on this topic and definitely not claiming to be, I just thought I'd throw that bit of cautionary advice out there in case someone were to read that and hurt themselves taking medications that they maybe shouldn't in this particular "theoretical" scenario.

I agree on you speaking with your doctor. But for most men one of the three major pills will work and I have tried them all. I am diabetic and have some small vein damage. All three have worked for me and I just prefer Cialis for the 36 hr. coverage. Also when my wife and I have sex or she has anal sex with me I will be ready to go again in the mourning too. Viagra gave me a little flush but it lets you know it works. I stated using it at 46 and have used it for 7 years with no issues.

Viagra forces an erection so if his problem is muscular then the viagra would aid in the building of his muscles.
