So, let me give you a little background first.

I had a herniated disc and a fracture in my spine which led to a major back surgery when I was 17. After the surgery, I developed a lot of muscular pain through my whole back. The surgery was to fuse the bottom portion of my spine after taking two discs out. After the spinal fusion, not only did I have muscular pain but it caused other issues as well. But the back pain is the biggest issue. Then, I developed Tendinitis in both shoulders, and my job requires me to do a lot of activities that make it flare up. My back pain is incredibly severe. Because of my age and where I live, I am not given many good pain killers for it, even though I had to take high enough doses of Naproxen to cause a stomach bleed. THAT being said...

With all of that back pain, performing oral often causes a lot of pain for me. I love to pleasure him that way because I know how much he loves it, and I certainly love it! The motion of bending my back if he is laying on the bed makes it difficult.

Any suggestions for me as to how I can maybe alleviate some of the pressure or movements of my spine? Maybe some type of position or technique?

Try propping up on pillows in a seated position. Get to the point where your back is totally comfortable. Have him straddle you and be upright but on his knees. If he needs more height add firm pillows to raise him up. We've done this position several times just to change things up, but I think with your back issues this could be a very good position for you. Because of his position and angle, he can do the thrusting and you can manipulate with your mouth and hands.

I was going to give very similar advice I had a herniated disk a few years ago and a long healing process. He would have me get comfortable and straddle my chest so I had better access and less strain on my back. We alternated between me doing the motion with my mouth and hands and him doing the thrusting if my neck got stiff.

I also would lie almost on my side and he would do the same facing towards me. I would set up a pillow or two and lie at crotch level and go at it. I didn't have to move my back, but did most of the work with my neck and hands.
