I rinse my toys quickly before use and generally clean after I recover after. Then once a month I will deep clean everything that sees frequent use.

I rinse or wipe down toys before use (nothing like lint in my girly bits to kill the mood), then after every use I wash them off. Every month I clean my favorites just to be sure they are super clean.

Naturally they are cleaned when first obtained/purchased. Toys that are used often are carefully stored clean and cleaned again thoroughly after any use. Never put away a toy that is unclean!

Always after use - but like LaUr3n I give them all a good scrubbing once in a while.

It's good for taking note of what hasn't been used - to move them out of the way and remind me about toys that haven't gotten their share of the action!

I just cleaned them all yesterday with soap and hot water - the last time they also got an alcohol swabbing for disinfection.

I always wash after use - especially since most of my toys are anal, and not washing after buttplay is just disgusting and wrong. I usually don't wash again before use. If the silicone picks up a lot of lint and hair I might rinse, but for guy's toys (which are generally either external or anal) it just doesn't seem to be as important. If a little hair is on the toy so what. If a toy were to get really dirty in storage or during moves I would wash it, but for most stoff there isn't much point.

Every once and a while I'll sanitize them if they can take it.

I used rubbing alcohol on one and notice it was not peeling but looking strange. I guess the alcohol was too strong for it. Its the material of a bullet.

My toys get washed with soap & water before and after every use, every time. His sleeves get washed after every use. Then maybe once a month we go through and super-wash whatever gets used most often (by boiling, bleaching, alcohol, whatever)

Wash them after (ALWAYS) and sometimes before. I mostly have glass toys so I at very least run them under hot water first.

After each use with anti-bacterial soap.

I have to find out more about sugar sacks now! I wash toys before and after. I keep them in a drawstring bag to help keep them clean, but the sugar sacks sound like a better deal. Going to be looking them up.

After each use, prior to putting them away (where they stay dust-free and ready for action).

I always wash my toys after use. Depending on the material, I'll wash beforehand as well. If it's just linties and whatnot, I'll rinse with water before use. I ALWAYS wash my toys right out of the box and I do a periodic (about once or twice a month)thorough wash of my most used toys.

I wash them before and after. I feel as if I can never be too careful with something that goes inside my body.

I do not use porous insertable toys anymore simply because I am VERY prone to UTIs and yeast infections and it's just not worth it to me.I'd rather spend a little more money on silicone and save myself the trouble and money on doctor visits, prescriptions and Monistat! For obvious reasons I also don't use porous anal toys.

After uses with vaginal toys I typically just do a quick lathering with anti-bacterial soap and warm water after. I store them in sealed plastic bags so I do not wash them again before use unless they have picked something up in storage. Sometimes I throw a vaginal toy back into its baggie unwashed and wait until the next use to wash it because I get lazy, but it never goes back into action without a washing.

With anal toys I do a much longer cleaning, I usually lather, rinse and repeat several times with those. They get boiled more frequently than vaginal toys - say once every 4 uses or so.

Periodically I go through my through my toy chest and do a thorough cleaning of everything. This happens every other month, roughly.

I'm pretty cautious about safety. I keep all of my stuff in a locked chest, all bagged up, and clean vigorously and routinely. My vagina is very sensitive and I have to take good care of her or she gets sick

The only thing that I really use are sleeves that have their own container. So I generally only wash them after use.

I wash them before and after. My toys are silicone, and that material tends to be a lint magnet no matter where I store it (thanks goodness they wash easily)... I don't want to stick anything furry with lint and cat hair into my private parts, kthx.

Always immediately after use. Sometimes before as well, depending on if I feel it needs it.
