Does anyone know for sure how to tell if you have clitoral adhesions? I had a lot of serious damage after my daughters birth and stitches that went up near my clitoris. I'm just noticing it doesn't seem that my clitoral hood retracts anymore. Is there anything that can or should be done about this?

see your obgyn, there may be exercises that need to be performed, most scar tissue can be reorinted.
