Eyes for sure. There is just something magical about a woman's eyes, when they are open and they seem to pull you into them. One of my favorite images is from National Geographic Magazine.

I don't know if this counts but the person's personality and soul. Who they truly are carries outward if that makes sense. Its hard for me not to go straight to the eyes and go from there since the eyes are the window to someone's soul.

Note: You did exclude "eyes and the face", but like the others I say the eyes will tell you who they are. They could be smiling with a beautiful face...but their eyes could be telling you they are crazy-pants, or really troubled....or kind and fun... "they window to the soul".
