It depends on the period. This one was extra bad so I wasn't horny - however, my hormonal fluctuations left me absolutely CRAVING my man, but not necessarily sexually. I just wanted him near me or with me a lot more than normal.

I'm always horny when I have my period. It usually lasts 7-10 days at a time, so it REALLY sucks. It would make too much of a mess to have sex during that time because 5 of those 7 days are super heavy. That makes me more squeamish than anything. But then again I'm literally horny 99% of the time.

I always, always, always get horny during my period, but it's not always MORE than the normal. It has it's ups and downs. We haven't tried penetrative sex during this time... I wouldn't mind trying. I'd prefer to do to have sex in the tub or the shower when my significant other and I try that! It can be a sucky during your period to be horny... sometimes I find a means lol!
