Tampons and tampons only. I was a competitive swimmer for 9 years so I needed tampons because you can't exactly skip swim practice just because of your period. I hate the sticky, drippy feeling of not having a tampon in and pads feel like diapers to me.

I've now done two cycles with the Instead Softcups and really like them. At times, it's easy to forget it's even that time.

I always prefer tampons I hate the feeling of pads especially when they are full.. Eww! But pads are good for when u are spotting though.

I used to use pads during the day and tampons at night. Switched to a Diva Cup two months ago, and I absolutely love it!

I use tampons and pads for the first three days because they are the heaviest. The last four days I use just pads. I'd use tampons, but they don't absorb fast enough during those days, so they hurt when I have to pull them out.
