This book, which I personally own and have read, is the best thing I've ever found in the topic. Found websites rather woefully inadequate though my own diseases are all of a complex and rare variety so there was really nothing I could find related to my own issues though I have read some MS and sex online before. Anyway this book is so awesome because while not specific to any one disability it covers so many potential issues and topics and is very inclusive, etc.

I've also visited a female friendly and supposedly disability friendly sex shop yet when I discussed my issues they were unable to really find anything to meet my needs. But it is worthwhile to look at toys and preferably in person so you can really get a feel for the weight of them and how easy or hard they are to operate. I know my body has changed as far as sensitivities too so it sort of took learning all over again what kinds of toys or strengths of vibrators worked for me. What used to work before I got sick doesn't now.
I could probably contribute more though like I said, I don't have MS but probably do face some very similar issues (have a lot of neuro muscular issues and GI and bladder problems and my main disease that likely caused everything else is also progressive). I think its something that takes a lot of patience and trial and error (like so darn much of life with chronic illness!) and there is just not enough info out there and too many ignorant people who assume we have no interest in sex, etc. So I genuinely wish you the best of luck with your blog and would love to see it myself when you're done.
