We never do any "prep" and have never had any "cleaning up" issues. Not once, not ever. We have tried playing with enema's in the past and that just seems to stir things up more and makes things messy, rather then prevents it. Nope, just relax, lube and enjoy.

I agree with attempting to prep leading to more issues. The times I have done enemas for prep have led to problems. Now, I just listen to my body, relax and use plenty of lube. Sure, there may be a night or two where I decide it's not great timing for anal, but that's preferable over all that hassle.

just go to the bathroom an hour or two before. Sometimes I'll use a plug in the shower to open up and loosen up, but thats the extent. Also, I use both silicon lube with a gel water based on top. That worked amazingly well.

We just clean up afterwards but there's usually not much of a mess.
